Potato Pan Cakes

Ingredients:

3 Potato
2 tbsp Maida
1 tbps Baisan
Salt
Red chilli powder

Method:

1. Peel of the potato skin and mash them. And add all the ingredients apart from salt.
2. Pre-heat the pan and pour some oil.
3. Now, add salt and mix the batter properly.
4. Pour the batter on pan, brown on both sides.
