Take some coconut oil in a bowl (depending on the thickness and length of your hair). Massage this onto your scalp and also apply onto the length of the hair. Leave it on for 2-3 hours and after that, wash it off with a mild shampoo. Repeat this at least once in a week to treat hair breakage.

Mash one ripe banana and keep it in a bowl. Add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil to the mashed banana and mix them together to prepare the hair mask. It should be a lump free and smooth paste. Start sectioning your hair into small parts and apply the mask.

# Avocado

This is one of the simplest way to treat hair breakage. Take a ripe avocado and cut it in half. Remove the seed and skin and mash the fleshy part of the avocado with a fork. Make sure there is no lump. Now wet your hair a little and apply the mashed avocado all over the hair and scalp.

Gently massage the scalp with your fingertips for few minutes. Wear a shower cap and keep the mask on for an hour. Wash off with a mild shampoo and repeat twice in a week.
