'Zero' Director Aanand L Rai Opens Up About Directing Salman Khan And Shah Rukh Khan

The bond between Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan has evolved over the years. The Karan Arjun of Bollywood have faced several ups and downs in their career and personal lives. But, even after their rough patch a couple of years ago, they have let the bygones be bygones and have become very close to each other. For that very reason, they have often promoted each other’s work on social media and on several platforms. Last year, Shah Rukh Khan had a cameo in Salman Khan starrer Tubelight. This year, the actor is returning the favour by starring in SRK’s forthcoming film, Zero.

While the fans of both the superstars are excited to see them together on the big screen, the fans got to catch a glimpse of their camaraderie during the Eid teaser release. Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are featured in a special song and the teaser showed off their amazing bond. At the trailer launch of Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi, Aanand L Rai spoke about directing the two stars. He stated, “I feel fortunate to direct two superstars and if you know them personally, they will never make you feel that they are stars.”

Zero is a story that celebrates life, the first look of the film featured Shah Rukh Khan as the adorable vertically challenged man piquing the interests of the audience to witness the unusual tale. Red Chillies Entertainment and Colour Yellow Productions come together to bring Zero, produced by Gauri Khan, starring Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif and Shah Rukh Khan, the Aanand L Rai directorial is all set to release on 21st December 2018.
