5 Exercises To Stay Fit During Winters

During winters, you tend to feel super lazy and want to curl up in a warm blanket with your favorite tv show, right? But as much as you like that, you’ve got to stay in shape even when its freezing cold outside. Here are 5 simple ways you can get your daily workout while still staying indoors.

* Jumping Jacks

Jumping jack exercises are a great way to stay in shape. They not only provide full-body cardio but also strengthen your core muscles to the max.Start by standing with a slight bend in the knees and your hands resting on your thighs. Then keeping the knees bent open the arms and legs out to the sides. Your arms come above the head in a clapping stance and legs wider than shoulders, then back to the returning to the starting position.

If you feel your back starting to round, let your lower back arch slightly as you go lower. Drop down so your thighs are as parallel to the floor as possible.
