Correct Sleeping Posture Is Necessary For Good Sleep

If you have a heavy head, body ache, neck pain or any other problem after waking up in the morning, then it is necessary to remain upset all day. In such a situation, if you have to face such problems for several consecutive days, then this problem takes a big and chronic form.
Every person spends one-third of their life sleeping. Sleep relieves a person from all-day fatigue and prepares the body for the next day. Adequate and good quality sleep is very important for healthy lifestyle of human. The correct sleeping posture is also necessary so that one can get the right amount of oxygen at bedtime. If you do not get the right amount of oxygen at bedtime, then it will have a negative effect on health and the next day one will have to face body pain , headache , difficulty in breathing and fatigue. At bedtime, the person's body should get enough rest so that it can be relieved from the stress of the day, so that it does not happen that the head has to be pressed with the pillow overnight or due to any problem, you keep changing the turns all night.
Let's Know the correct sleeping posture for good sleep and good health
The most common posture of sleeping is to lie on the back and feet straight. It has rigid mattresses and pillows to help the body stay natural. The pillow placed under the head and neck maintains its shape by supporting the neck. An ideal pillow should help fill the gap between your neck and the bed so that your ears , shoulders, and hips remain aligned. If you prefer to sleep without a pillow, roll a towel and put it under your neck. The best position would be that your head , neck and torso remain in the same line.
Those people who have swelling in their feet due to fluid retention , with the help of pillows should keep their feet at some height so that they do not have trouble breathing. Similarly, elderly people suffering from knee and back pain should keep a thin pillow under their knees.
# Sleeping on the side
Take an ideal height pillow to fill the gap between your neck and the bed. This will not cause strain on the neck , especially while sleeping on the side. Also, put a pillow between the bent knees so that the lower leg is not stressed too much.
It is comfortable for smokers and people with shortness of breath to sleep as it makes breathing easier. Snorers are also advised to sleep in a similar manner.
# Sleeping in reverse
On the contrary, it is very advisable to sleep because in this case, there is more stress on the neck while sleeping and often complains of neck and back pain after sleeping. Therefore, such people who are already complaining of neck and back pain , are advised not to sleep on the stomach.
If you also sleep on your stomach, either do not put a pillow or just put a thin pillow under the neck. By applying a pillow under your belly in this posture, the rotation of your body gets the right shape and your back also takes its right shape.
# 30 degree angle
This posture is said for those patients who have undergone surgery or are suffering from shortness of heart and breath shortly. This pose is called sun - bed position and it provides good oxygen at bedtime. It requires two or three pillows to make an angle of 30 degrees from your body at bedtime .

Asthma , apnosia , stomach upset , osteoporosis patients and the elderly get relief by sleeping in this posture as it provides relief from back pain and ease of breathing. Apart from this, if there is a problem in the chest, this posture prevents him from getting in the way of breath so that he can get comfortable sleep for a long time.
