OMG!! Is It How We Are Helping Making India A Better Place?

One of the most literate city of India, Chennai, has been in news from quite a while for one or the other reason.
Our PM who is working hard to take our country to new heights has some people bringing the country image drop down. On one hand a 16 year old has earned a planet name after her and on the other we get to see such video of youngsters. Sometimes Chennai, break the news for beef ban and othe other by doing some acts that makes whole country feel ashamed.

Few days back a shocing video of miscreants attacking a homeless man and trying to burn his private parts has gone viral. Cops have detained the miscreants who admitted to having attacked Jaffer.

The incident occurred on June 4 at Kodambakkam. 50-year-old Jaffar was sleeping near the Indian Bank at Rangaraja Puram when at around 1:30 in the night, Shyam, Pugazendhi and Rajesh along with a minor harassed him.

Taking advantage of Jaffar's drunk state, one of the guys attempted to torch his private parts. Jaffer woke up seeing the flames but was unable to act as he was not in his complete senses.
