I was having serious problems with my excess skin oil. And I decided to do a bit research. Actually, I have been looking for a solution for ages. One day, I found a solution. People were using nourishing oil to combat excessive skin oil. If you want to remove all that dirt and oil on your skin, it is an amazing way to dissolve it in oil. Two oils will make no oil.

So, I decide to give this idea a shot. In fact, it worked like magic. When I experienced amazing results, I started to look for ways to turn this nourishing oils into a face wash. And this DIY honey face wash idea was born.

Organic honey will work like an anti-bacterial agent. Honey will clean every bacteria on my skin. We are using castile soap to give our face wash consistency. Without castile soap, you cannot use this face wash this easily. Also, as I have said before, nourishing oil is for cleaning the excess oil on my skin.

When we combine all these ingredients, we have the ultimate oil fighter. Actually, I love calling this DIY honey face wash the ultimate oil fighter. It can magically remove all the oil on your skin. And after using this amazing face wash, you skin will feel softer and smoother. This is due to smoothing power of honey.

Soap dispenser

How To use

So, when you want to use this amazing DIY honey face wash, pump the mixture into your hand. After that, wash your face normally. Rinse your face with warm water. And complete your daily skincare routine with a suitable moisturiser. You can make your own moisturiser as well. If you start DIY skincare cosmetics, you will soon see that you can do everything at home. And it is an amazing feeling to do that. You no longer need those commercial products with harmful chemicals. What is more, you can customise your recipes for your own skin type.

There is one tip I want to mention about this recipe. When you are preparing your homemade face wash, you need to add the water first. If you add water later, all ingredients will get bubbly. When I first prepared this recipe, I did that by mistake. And I ended up with bubbles. It was fun but if you want to keep things tidy, always add water first.
