5 Kale Juice Recipe To Loose Weight Immediately

Ingredients:

Kale – 5-6 leaves
Spinach – 2 cups
Green apple – 1 large
White grapes – 1 cup
Ginger – A small piece

Preparation:

- Wash all the ingredients under running water. Shred kale leaves and spinach, chop up the green apple and peel the ginger-root. Put everything inside a juicer and juice up.
