Bhel Puri Recipe

Murmura/LaiPapdiPeanuts (roasted)Cucumber (finely chopped)Potatoes (boiled and finely chopped)Tomato (remove seeds, finely chopped)Fine texture sevGreen coriander chutneySweet chutneyChaat masalaGreen chilly (finely chopped)Green coriander (finely chopped) How To Make Bhel Puri 1.Take 4 tsp murmure in a big mixing bowl and add 2 to 3 tsp cucumber, 2 to 3 tsp potatoes, 2 to 3 tsp tomatoes and 3 tsp peanuts. Now to it add 3 to 4 papdis into it, followed by 4 tsp sev, some green chilly and 1/2 tsp chaat, 1 tsp green coriander chutney and 2 tsp sweet chutney. Mix everything really and bhel puri is ready to serve.2.To serve the bhel puri, take 2 to 3 tbsp bhep puril in a serving plate and sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with some green coriander. Bhel puri is ready. Prepare it instantly whenever you want as murmure turn gooey if you keep it for long. Spicy-tangy bhep puri is ready, serve and relish eating
