Prepare Annakut in Chef Style

On the occasion of Goverdhan pooja, special bhog is prepared, called, "Annakut".

Oil - to make vegetable
Salt - 1.5 teaspoons or flavors
Red chili powder - ½ teaspoon
Ginger - 1 inch piece (grated)
Green Chilli - 2 (Finely Chopped)
Asafoetida - Less than ¼ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - ¾ small spoon
Coriander Powder - 2 Tablespoons
Garam Masala - ½ teaspoon
Green coriander - 1 cup (finely chopped)

Method

# Peel the potatoes and take it

# Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them small.

# Put the embroidery on the gas and put oil in it for heating. Put cumin seeds, asafetida and stir in it. Add chopped green chillies, ginger turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry all these ingredients well.

# Put all the chopped vegetables in the spices and add chopped eggplants and potatoes and mix them.

# Mix the salt, red chilli powder in the vegetable and mix it well till the coating of spices in the vegetable.

# Mix ½ cup of water in the vegetable, now cook the vegetable on a high flame of gas. After boiling in this vegetable, reduce the heat of the gas and cover the vegetable and cook it well for 5 minutes. The curry has softened. If the curry is not looking soft, then cook it well for 5 minutes.

# After a minute check the vegetable and add ½ cup of water. Cover the vegetable and let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add chopped red tomatoes, garam masala and mix it. Cover the vegetable and cook for 2-3 minutes.

# After a minute check the vegetable. Put green coriander in the curry and mix it. Vegetable is ready, shut the gas.
