Recipe To Make Street Style Dosa at Home

Cheese dosa recipe is South Indian breakfast made with the dosa batter, cheese, and healthy vegetables.

Ingredients

1 cup cheese
dosa batter(required)
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped tomatoes
coriander leaves for garnishing
1 bell pepper chopped
1 green chili chopped
1 tbsp tomato sauce

Instructions


-spread dosa batter

-add chopped onion, tomato, tomato sauce, coriander leaves, green chili.

-mix and spread all the dosa

-spread cheese all over the dosa

-cover and cook dosa

-once it turns crispy take out.
