Summer Recipe- Flavorful and Healthy Spiced Rose Lassi

Spiced Rose Lassi is a delicious and refreshing Indian beverage that is perfect for hot summer days. Made with yogurt, rose water, and a blend of aromatic spices, this creamy and cooling drink has a unique flavor that is both sweet and savory. Ingredients

1 ½ cup Yogurt/Dahi
2-3 tbsp Sugar
2-3 tbsp Rose Syrup
1-2 tsp Rose Water
2-3 Pinches Cardamom Powder
2-3 Pinches Cinnamon Powder
2-3 Pinches of Salt
½ cup Water
6-7 Ice Cubes
1 Rose Flower or Petals for Garnishing

Method

* In a mixer/blender jar add yogurt and blend it till smooth.

* Add sugar, rose syrup, rose water, salt, cardamom, cinnamon powder and again blend it well.

* Now lastly add water, ice cubes and blend it till smooth and frothy.

* Pour into the serving glass, garnish it with petals or rose flower and serve chilled and enjoy Spiced Rose Lassi.
