5 Reasons You Must Your Partner Often

A day of kissing and canoodling can have the same or better effect than spending hours at a spa. It is relaxing and exciting at the same time. It’s a no brainer – we love kissing! But are we doing it enough? Couples tend to kiss less after being together a considerable amount of time. Are you skipping through the part onto the next phase? Maybe it’s time to go back to your ‘honeymoon phase’ and kiss like there’s no tomorrow. Here’s a list of excuses you can tell yourself for all that PDA!

* Brings you closer

Those butterflies you feel fluttering in your stomach when he kisses you is basically the hormone oxytocin. The cupid’s advocate, when released, makes men and women bond.

* Makes better marriages

Couples who kiss more often do have a better life owing to a better mental and emotional health. However, it’s not just that. It’s observed that the direction a relationship takes largely depends on whether or not they like your kissing style.

* Stress-busting

When sharing a passionate kiss, your body releases adrenaline, which in combination with endorphins (happy hormones) takes you to cloud nine! Infact, kissing also reduces the stress hormone, cortisol.

* Face work-out

All the more reason to give your partner a big, long kiss! You burn calories and it’s good exercise for your jaws. Instead of chewing gums for hours, I know what I want to do for a well-cut face.

* It’s fun

If given a choice between a night out and a night in of cuddling and kissing, what would you prefer? Maybe both, but definitely the latter. It’s too much fun to not do!
