# Hot Oil Massage

In a bowl, take 1-2 tbsp each of olive oil, almond oil and coconut oil. Mix them together and warm up the oil mixture slightly. Massage your hair and scalp with this oil blend.

Cover your hair with a damp, warm towel and wait for 30-45 minutes. Rinse off with a mild shampoo and follow this process weekly once or twice.

# Avocado and Mayonnaise

Take one ripe avocado and cut it into half. Discard the seed and scoop out the soft, fleshy part. Using a fork, mash the avocado and add 2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise to that.

Mix together and apply the mixture on the scalp as well as the length of the hair. Gently massage with your fingertips and cover your hair with a shower cap.
