Popular Bollywood Dancer Abhijeet Shinde Commits Suicide By Hanging Himself

Popular Bollywood dancer Abhijeet Shinde, who has worked with Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn, has committed suicide. The dancer was found hanging by the ceiling fan at his residence in Mumbai at 6:30 am.

During the police investigation, cops found a suicide note in which he has mentioned that he would like to transfer his bank account on his daughter’s name. As per reports, Abhijeet was suffering from depression ever since his wife left him. Moreover, he didn’t even meet his daughter for three months.

Senior Inspector of Bhandup police station, Ramesh Khade was quoted in Pinkvilla as saying, “Shinde’s wife had been living at her mother’s place since the past three months. She was not allowing Shinde to meet their two-year-old daughter, which upset him badly. He had been depressed over the past few days,” said a police officer. Neighbours saw the door of his house open and went to check on him, only to find him hanging. “We registered an accidental death report and handed over the body to the deceased’s family members after conducting a post-mortem,” he added.

Abhijeet was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead. Police investigation is still in progress.
