Salman Khan’s ‘Dus Ka Dum 3’ Moved To The Weekend Slot

Salman Khan made headlines when his new show ‘Dus Ka Dum season 3’ was announced and it was a come back for Salman on TV after nine years. The fans were eagerly waiting for the show to be aired.

And it has been a month that show is aired on TV, however, according to Times Now report, show timings are being shifted. Usually, Dus Ka Dum has been airing on Mondays and Tuesday, but now the show has been shifted to the weekends.

According to a report in the leading daily, a source said, “Dus Ka Dum will b shifting to the weekend slot and shall air at 9:30 pm. Initially, the makers had considered Mondays and Tuesdays to be ideal for the show but post the low numbers, the show is set to air on the weekends. They realised that their audience was not available at the earlier time slot and days, and hence took the important decision.”

Besides this, a report in Mumbai Mirror revealed that the show will also have a new name – Dus Ka Dumdaar Weekend and will only feature celebrities from now on. The show has featured a number of celebrities till now, latest being Kamal Haasan. Salman Khan had recently asked a question about the time slot to celebrity contestants Shilpa Shinde and Karan Patel.

The report in Mumbai Mirror read, “The first to shoot for the celebrity episodes were Salman’s longtime friend, (composer-actor) Himesh Reshammiya and singer Guru Randhawa, who was also a part of his tour. Followed by TV actress and Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde, who was up against Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor Karan Patel.”
