According to the scriptures, the rules and rituals given in Shiva Purana should be followed. During Savan time we should sacrifice meat and alcohol. Also, any kind of hatred and negative thoughts should be removed from your mind. Similarly, we should also take care of your food, so today we are going to tell you about some vegetarian food items which should not be eaten during the Savan month.
