Ingredients

1 cup basmati rice
1 cup paneer, cubed
1/2 cup cashews (kaju)
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2-3 green chilies, slit

Method

Cook the Rice:

- Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a large pot, add water and bring it to a boil.
