India, the country that has been growing with a fast pace and has taken many strict steps to deal with the issues and bring the economical growth to boom. With some amazing health conscious steps the Govt, has forget to notice the basic things of hygeine.

Recently, GST got implemented, people had their eyes wide open to see the new tax slab. With condoms again being tax free, sainatry napkins are still taxable.

Menstruation also known as a period or monthly, is the regular discharge of blood and mucosal tissue from the inner lining of the uterus through the vagina.The first period usually begins between twelve and fifteen years of age, a point in time known as menarche. However, periods may occasionally start as young as eight years old and still be considered normal.

Country were 1.311 billion population is woman, the menstruation hygeine is very important. Girls living in remote areas still dont have access to basic hygeine. And insted of taking it on an serious note, Govt has made napkind mandatory.

Zambia unveiled its 2017 budget which includes free MHM products for rural and peri-urban schoolgirls! Doesn't this makes our Govt to wake up and take some serious steps towards this problem.
