Ranking the world’s best cities is a difficult task, but global consulting firm Resonance Consultancy did just that, as it compiled the most comprehensive city ranking based entirely on the opinions of the city’s visitors and its residents. With the best cities list ranking cities across all continents, North America leads the 2018 list by landing four out of the top ten slots.
