Recipe- Beat The Monday Blues With Kaju Paneer Pulao

Upgrade your regular pulav with some paneer, cashew nuts and whole indian spices. It’s easy to make, tastes amazing and is a perfect dish for dinner and even for parties and weekend get-together.

Ingredients:

3 cups of rice (cooked)
1/2 cup of cashews (fried)
200 gms paneer (cut into 1 inch pieces)
Salt to taste
8-10 whole black pepper
2 cloves
2 bay leaves
1 piece of cinnamon
Ghee (as per requirement)
Oil to fry

Method

* Heat some oil in the pan and fry the paneer till it turns golden.

* Heat some ghee in another pan, add all the whole spices and fry it until it starts to release scent.

* Add rice and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

* Serve hot after mixing fried paneer and cashew nuts into the rice.
