Recipe- Full of Nutrients and Fiber Apple Banana Porridge

Porridge or dalia in the Indian context is made with broken wheat grains. It has been consumed for a long time in sweet or savory forms and gives good dietary proportions for various nutrients and fiber. It is also one of the quickest items to make in the kitchen and can be served in breakfast or even at main meals. It is very light in the preparation and gives a full stomach feeling for long. For most of the Indians, it is made in hot milk. For some variation today I added fruits to the preparation among other additions to make Apple Banana Porridge. I even garnished it some dry fruit slivers for a crunchy taste and a great appeal. It turned out wonderful and all in the family enjoying a fulfilling breakfast.
