Recipe- Lockdown Special Dalgona Popsicles

Ingredients

1 cup milk boiled & cooled
2 tsp sugar

For Dalgona Coffee Cream


1 tbsp instant coffee powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
You may not need fully take only 2 tbsp of prepared mixture for this recipe

Method

* To a mixing bowl add coffee powder then add sugar and hot water to it.

* Whisk well.Keep whisking.It takes time when we use handwhisk electric beater makes it faster.It will slowly get thicker.

* Whisk until it form soft peaks like this.Now whipped coffee cream is ready.It gives good volume.Use only what is needed and store the rest.You may not need fully take only 2 tbsp of prepared mixture for this recipe

* To milk add sugar,mix well and set aside.

* Get your popsicle mould ready.Take coffee cream.

* To popsicle mould first fill 1/4 th of the mould coffee cream then add milk,slightly mix it with the icecream stick or spoon.

* Cover with foil insert icecream sticks and freeze for atleast 6 hrs or ovenight.Remove the foil then show the outer part in running water and slowly demould the popsicles.
