Vivo is set to introduce its latest flagship duo — the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro — in India today, December 2, 2025. Since both smartphones made their first appearance in China on October 13, 2025, all their features and capabilities are already known. Both devices emphasize powerful camera performance, including rear setups going up to 200MP, a sharp 50MP front camera, and large batteries of up to 6510mAh paired with 90W fast charging. They operate on OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16, and are driven by MediaTek’s premium Dimensity 9500 chipset.

It houses a 6040mAh battery that supports 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging, ensuring quick and efficient power delivery.
For durability, the smartphone carries both IP68 and IP69 certifications, giving it strong resistance against dust and water. The device sports a compact 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.

The Pro model comes with a different camera combination: a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a powerful 200MP periscope telephoto unit. Selfies are handled by the same 50MP front camera as the standard X300.
One of its standout features is the massive 6510mAh battery, which supports 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. It also maintains the same IP68/IP69 durability ratings, making it a sturdy and reliable flagship option.
Expected Pricing in IndiaThe Vivo X300 is anticipated to be available at around ₹75,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 Pro is expected to arrive at a premium price of around ₹1,09,999 for its 16GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration.
Additionally, Vivo will offer a telephoto extender kit as an optional accessory, priced at approximately ₹20,999, which can be purchased separately.
