Yummy And Delicious Eggless Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

75 gms Maida
75 gms Butter
55 gms Icing sugar
25 gms Cornflour
1 1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tbsp Milk

Method:

Sieve all together in a bowl, Maida, Icing sugar, Corn flour, Cocoa Powder. Melt the butter and add into dry ingredients. Add Vanilla essence, and milk. Mix thoroughly and make dough. Rest for half an hour.

Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10mins. Now make small small bolls or you can roll the dough and cut with cookie cutter whatever shape you like. Put on greased tray, add some choco chips to the dough.

Now bake for 20 min in preheated oven. After 20mins remove from heat let it cool down for 5 min and remove from tray. After complete cool down, store it in an air tight container.
