Dietary fibers in yellow watermelon eliminate toxins, pollutants, and other unwanted substances from our body, and by helping with the detoxification it reduces the burden of detoxification from kidneys to some extent.
This allows our kidneys to focus on other functions they need to perform such as maintaining electrolyte balance, regulating blood pressure, Producing erythropoietin hormone for making RBC, regulating pH levels, and improving bone health.
