A hernia is a common medical condition that occurs when an internal organ or tissue pushes through a weak spot in the surrounding muscle or connective tissue. It most often develops in the abdominal area, causing a visible bulge that may become more noticeable while standing, coughing, or lifting heavy objects. Hernias can affect people of all ages and may result from muscle weakness present at birth, injury, excessive strain, or increased pressure within the abdomen. While some hernias may remain painless initially, others can cause discomfort or pain and may worsen over time if left untreated. Early awareness and proper care are important to prevent complications and improve quality of life.

Applying a warm compress to the affected area can help relax muscles and ease discomfort.

Drink ½ glass fresh aloe vera juice once daily (preferably morning)
Avoid if pregnant or advised otherwise by a doctor
# Castor Oil Pack
