Czech cuisine has influenced the foods of its adjoining countries and has also taken some part of their local foods but Czech food is rarely available outside the country. Czech food consists of three courses 1st is soup, 2nd is the main course, and the last comes to the desserts. It is the most common dish of the Czech Republic and is available in every restaurant. This dish is made of roasted pork slices and bread dumplings. A dish of the Czech Republic made with fried cheese and served with salad or French fries. This dish is originated in the 20th century when there was a shortage of food. This dish of the Czech Republic is quite famous and the two main ingredients are beef and cream sauces. Vegetables, roots are used much in the Czech diet. Czech is a country not having sea waters, that’s why seafood is not common here but carp is a freshwater fish farmed locally and is a must-have dish at Christmas. Locals here buy live fish from the market and keep it alive in their homes by putting them in their bathtubs. Gulas is actually a Hungary dish adapted by Czech people with some changes like Czech Gulas is prepared with more portion of meat and lesser portions of vegetables. Mainly made with beef but sometimes made with pork or chicken. In vegetables, tomatoes and onions are used. Depending upon the place, it can be served like stew or soup with bread dumplings.
