Recipe- Healthy and Delicious Tomato Juice

Tomato juice made from fresh red ripe sweet tomatoes. No preservatives, less sugar, better in taste than store bought juices. very friendly on the pocket. Hardly takes 5 minutes to make. There is no reason for us to buy juices from the market when we can have this absolutely delicious, sweet, thirst quenching juice ready at home in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients

4 firm ripe tomatoes
1 tsp sugar ( optional)
black salt to taste
black pepper to taste
water to dilute

Serve with
chopped mint leaves and lots of ice

Method

- Chop the tomato pieces and add sugar.

- Blend until smooth.

- Pass through a sieve to remove the seeds. Press the pulp, again and again, to get out the maximum juice.

- Add black salt/kaala namak and a pinch of black pepper.

- Add chopped mint leaves and dilute with cold water to make 4 glasses.

- Serve chilled. This juice tastes best when it is chilled and slightly sweet in taste.

- So adjust the sugar quantity accordingly. Enjoy and get healthy
