Recipe- Dairy Free Kiwi Smoothie

Kiwi Smoothie is one of the best morning detox drinks ever! This kiwi juice cleanse recipe is dairy-free, has no added sugar, healthy and tasty!

Ingredients

1 cup water
1/2 cucumber
2 kiwi
1 orange
2 tbsp chia seeds

Method

- In a blender add chilled water, followed by chunks of cucumber. I have peeled it before chopping.

- Then add chia seeds and cut kiwi. You can also add soaked chia seeds.

- Next, add the orange wedges. Blend until smooth. Feel free to more ice or liquid to reach your desired consistency.

- You can choose to strain it if needed. I don't. Pour this Kiwi Detox Smoothie immediately in these glasses and serve
