Recipe- Delicious Sugar Free Apricot Jam

This sugar-free apricot jam is a simple use of your leftover apricots, when they are in season! There is nothing better than a jar of homemade jam for breakfast.

You can add it to your breakfast toast or use as a base for the apricot sauce for poultry or pork. Apricot jam is perfect addition to your yogurt or breakfast granola. This is such a good recipe, if you follow low sugar diet.

Ingredients

6 cups of fresh pitted apricots
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 box “No sugar needed” pectin
1/4 cup concentrated apple juice
3/4 cup water

Method

- Mash up the apricots with a potato masher or a fork, then add them along with the rest of the ingredients to a large saucepan.

- Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Then remove from heat and cool.

- Finally, put it into jars and straight into the fridge! No canning required!
