Ingredients

4 large boiled potatoes, peeled and mashed
1/2 cup roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as cashews, almonds, or walnuts)
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon green chili paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder

Method

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, ground peanuts, ginger paste, green chili paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
