Recipe- Specially For Kids Oreo Cupcakes

This is a microwave recipe. It is quick and easy to make. Can be made in a jiffy. Try out this Microwave oreo cupcake

Ingredients

6 Oreo cookies
3 tbsp Milk
1/4 th tsp Eno fruit salt
Shredded chocolate (optional)

Method

* Break the Oreo biscuits roughly. Blend the biscuits in a blender pot.

* Add milk and fruit salt. Blend the mixture again.

* Take moulds. Pour the blended batter into the pot just enough to fill up the bottom of the mould. Add shredded chocolate.

* Pour the batter all over the chocolate again.

* Put the moulds in the microwave for 1 minute. After a minute, remove the moulds. Adjust the time according to your microwave.

* Let it stand for 5 minutes.

* Pour out the cupcakes after 5 minutes into a dish. You can top these cupcakes with whipped cream or chocolate ice-cream.
