# Besan and Turmeric Ubtan
Besan – 1 cup
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Milk – 1 tbsp
Almond oil – 1 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Milk cream – 1 tsp
In a small mixing bowl, take all the dry ingredients and mix them well. Then add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Finally add milk to form a paste like consistency. Apply this ubtan on your face. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes and then, wash it off with cold water.
This homemade ubtan exfoliates the skin and deeply cleanses it. In addition, it also gives beautiful, glowing and fair skin.
# Masoor Dal and Orange Peel Powder Ubtan for Fair Skin
Masoor dal powder – half cup
Orange Peel powder – 2 tbsp
Dried Rose Petals – 1 tsp
Sandalwood powder – 1 tbsp
Rose water or milk – as per requirement
Grind the masoor dal to make powder. Keep it in a bowl and set aside. Crush some dried rose petals and add to it. Next, add the sandalwood powder and orange peel powder.
Combine these dry ingredients nicely and then add enough milk or rose water to make a smooth and thick paste. Apply it to the body and gently massage. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then, wash off.
Both red lentils and orange peel powder are excellent for skin whitening. Because they work on dark spots, marks, pigmentation and give us fair skin. All other ingredients also help to moisturize the skin and make it soft and smooth.
# Oatmeal Ubtan for Fair Skin
Oatmeal – half cup
Rice powder- 1/4th cup
Masoor Dal powder – 1 cup
Almonds – 8-9
A pinch of turmeric
Grind each almond separately and collect the powder in a bowl. To this, add in masoor dal powder, rice powder and mix well. At this point add oatmeal and a pinch of turmeric. Then, add enough rose water to make a paste.
Apply it all over the body and let it reach semi-dry stage. Finally, wet your fingertips and scrub off the ubtan. Wash face using normal water.

Take all the ingredients in a large bowl and combine everything. Once the ubtan is ready, smear it all over the body and gently massage the skin. Next let it sit for 15-20 minutes and then, gently scrub it off. Then wash the skin with lukewarm water.
