- Apply Onion Juice

Remove the skin from 2-3 medium sized onions and cut them into small pieces. Put the onion pieces in a blender and make a smooth onion puree. Take out the onion puree and tie it in a cheese cloth.

Squeeze properly to extract the juice. Massage the juice directly on the scalp and let it sit for 30 minutes. Use a shampoo to rinse it off. Reapply thrice weekly.

- Onion Juice and Coconut Oil

Take couple of medium sized onions, grate them and extract the juice. Collect the onion juice in a bowl. To that, add two tbsp coconut oil and mix together.

# Treat Hair Fall in Monsoon with Amla

- Amla and Olive Oil


Make a hair mask by adding enough amount of olive oil to 1-2 tbsp of amla powder. Apply that all over the scalp and hair and massage gently for some time.

Let it stay for 30-40 minutes and then, use a gentle shampoo to rinse it off. Reapply twice weekly.

- Amla and Yogurt

Take 1-2 tbsp of fresh and unflavored yogurt in a bowl and to that, add some amla powder. Mix both of them together and prepare a hair pack. Apply this thoroughly all over the scalp and hair and gently massage with the fingertips.

Heat 4-5 tbsp of coconut oil in a pan and add a handful of curry leaves in there. Fry until the leaves turn black. Remove the pan from the heat and separate the leaves. Collect the oil in a bowl and let it cool down.
