We suffer from various hair problems from time to time, such as hair fall, dull hair, dandruff, lack of hair growth etc. And, amla has the answer for all these! Instead of spending money to get an expensive hair treatment done at salon, why not try something natural! So, find out below how to prepare amla hair pack at home.
# Hibiscus, Coconut Oil and Amla Hair Pack
Take 6-8 fresh red hibiscus flowers and separate the petals. Wash them thoroughly. Grind them into a fine paste and keep it aside. Heat up 3-4 tbsp coconut oil slightly and remove from the heat. Let it cool down and add the hibiscus paste to it. Also add a tbsp amla powder and mix together.
Apply the hair pack all over the scalp and hair and massage gently with your fingertips. Once done, wait for 30-40 minutes before washing off with a mild shampoo. Repeat once or twice in a week.
# Curry Leaves and Amla Hair Pack
Take couple of fresh amla, cut them into small pieces and put them in a blender. Add a handful of fresh curry leaves there along with some water. Blend everything nicely to prepare a hair pack. Take it out and apply it all over the scalp and hair, gently massaging with your fingertips.
Let it stay on the hair for couple of hours. Once the time is up, rinse it off using a mild shampoo. Repeat this amla hair pack once or twice in a week.
# Lemon Juice and Amla Hair Pack
Take 2-3 tbsp amla powder in a bowl and add some water to it and prepare a paste. To the paste, add 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice and give it a final mix. Apply the hair pack thoroughly on your scalp and hair, massaging gently with the fingertips. Leave it on for an hour before washing it off with a mild shampoo. Repeat once or twice in a week.
# Honey and Amla Hair Pack
Take 1-2 tbsp of amla powder in a bowl. To that, add enough amount of honey so that it forms a smooth paste once mixed together. Apply this all over the hair and scalp, gently massaging with the fingertips. Wait for 40 minutes to an hour before rinsing off with a mild shampoo. Repeat the entire process once or twice per week.
# Yogurt and Amla Hair Pack
Take 1-2 tbsp of fresh and unflavored yogurt in a bowl and to that, add some amla powder. Mix both of them together and prepare a hair pack. Apply this thoroughly all over the scalp and hair and gently massage with the fingertips.
Let it stay on the hair for an hour, before rinsing off everything with a gentle shampoo. Reapply this amla hair pack once in 5-6 days.
# Olive Oil and Amla Hair Pack
Make a paste by adding enough amount of olive oil to 1-2 tbsp of amla powder. Apply that all over the scalp and hair and massage gently for some time. Let it stay on the scalp for 30-40 minutes and then, use a gentle shampoo to wash it off. Reapply once or twice weekly.
