Akshay Kumar, Twinkle Wish Their Son Aarav On His Birthday

The eldest child of the power couple, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna, Aarav, celebrated his 21st birthday this Friday. In honor of his son's milestone birthday, Akshay took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message. Accompanying a picture of Aarav, Akshay wrote, "Greetings, my dear son... Though the candles on your cake now number 21, in my eyes, you will forever remain the little one who used to leap into my lap, making even the toughest days worth it. Have a fantastic day, my son. You can now legally do all the things I suspect you've already been doing ;) Love you, Aarav. Always your proud dad."
Twinkle also expressed her sentiments on Instagram, saying, "A complete 21-year-old and technically an adult! Raising a child is akin to constructing a house, designing each room thoughtfully." She continued, "You do your best, and eventually, it's time to hand over the house to its rightful owner who will rearrange the furniture as they see fit and take care of the bills too :). Happy birthday, my son, and may your unwavering kindness continue to bring smiles to everyone who knows you." The accompanying images featured heartwarming moments between the mother and son, along with a nostalgic throwback photo of Aarav.
Meanwhile, Akshay and Twinkle exchanged vows on January 17, 2001, and are also parents to their daughter, Nitara, born in 2012.
On the professional front, Akshay's most recent appearance was in 'OMG 2,' where he shared the screen with Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam. His upcoming projects include 'Mission Raniganj: The Grand Bharat Rescue' alongside Parineeti Chopra, set to release on October 6. Additionally, he will star in the Hindi adaptation of the Tamil drama 'Soorarai Pottru,' scheduled for release on February 16, 2024, and 'Welcome To The Jungle.' Other films in his pipeline include an action thriller, 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,' featuring Tiger Shroff, and the comedy 'Housefull 5.'
