Kumkum Bhagya Actress Sanchita Ugale Dies At 22; Final Social Media Post Emerges Hours Before Tragic Death

The television industry has been left in shock following the untimely death of actress Sanchita Ugale, who was widely known for her role in the popular TV drama Kumkum Bhagya. The 22-year-old actor reportedly died by suicide at her residence in Maharashtra's Palghar district. The incident took place in the Nalasopara area, where she was reportedly alone at the time.

According to reports, Sanchita was found at her home on Sunday evening at around 7 pm. The heartbreaking news has stunned her fans, colleagues, and well-wishers, many of whom are struggling to come to terms with the sudden loss of the young performer.

Police Begin Investigation

Authorities were informed shortly after the incident, following which a police team arrived at the residence and conducted a preliminary inspection. Speaking to PTI, an official stated that no suspicious circumstances were found during the initial examination of the scene.

The officer further revealed that investigators did not recover any suicide note from the location. At present, there is no indication of foul play, and the actress's family has reportedly not raised any allegations against any individual in connection with her death.

Sanchita's father is understood to have informed the police that he does not suspect anyone's involvement in the incident. However, officials have initiated a detailed investigation to determine the circumstances that may have led to the tragic event.

The actress's body has been sent to a government hospital for postmortem examination. Meanwhile, police have registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR) and are continuing their inquiry into the matter.
