1 cup pasta (penne or macaroni)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
2 cups milk
2–3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

½ tsp oregano
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt to taste
¼ cup grated cheese
Instructions:
Boil Pasta
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and keep aside.
