Ingredients:

1 cup fresh coriander leaves (dhaniya)

1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
2–3 ice cubes
2–3 tbsp water (as needed)

Method:

Wash the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly and drain well.

Add mint, coriander, green chilies, garlic, and ginger to a blender.

Add lemon juice, salt, and ice cubes.

Blend everything into a smooth paste, adding a little water if required.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Serve fresh for the best color and flavor.

Avoid over-blending to prevent heat buildup.
