Ingredients

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp raisins (optional)
Method
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
Add chilled butter and rub it into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Add the egg and vanilla extract.
Mix gently to form a smooth dough.
Wrap the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Place the sliced apples in a bowl.
Add sugar, cinnamon powder, lemon juice, and raisins.
Toss everything together until the apples are evenly coated.
